MANA Collaborative Beauty Studio + Training Center was founded to bring the best Denver has to offer in terms of beauty, instruction, and training. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and aim to provide the highest quality services to clients. While we aren’t with clients, we are in the classroom with students. The idea formed when our Director of Training, Brandy Harris recognized the training gap in the state of Colorado. With her advanced skill set and team of premier trainers alongside her, MANA came to life. The passion behind every instructor translates into their work, trainings, and clients. Our goal is to provide students with hands on training that goes beyond preparing students to take on their own clients. Every student that comes through our doors will leave will the skillset to change their lives, client lives, and build their own successful business in the beauty industry.

Entrepreneur, Mom, and Beauty Enthusiast – that's me. Proud owner of MANA Collaborative, where we've been serving amazing individuals across Colorado for over a decade. From art and interior design to the beauty industry, I've found my passion in making women feel their best.
My journey started with skincare, expanded into lash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and permanent makeup. Specializing in microblading and machine shading, I've embraced artistry in eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip blush techniques.
My path has led to becoming an educator. In 2019, MANA Collaborative Beauty Studio + Training Center was born, setting higher beauty industry standards in Colorado.
When not at MANA, I cherish time with my beautiful family, proud mama of 4 kids, and two fur babies. Being a mom is my purpose, creating is my passion. I'm truly honored to be a part of your journey, from the bottom of my heart, Mahalo.

As a graduate of Xenon International School, Erin has spent the last 11 years perfecting her craft in skin care and waxing. While she specializes in waxing, and tries to make it as painless and efficient as possible, she has been certified with Nova Lash for the past 9 years. She has recently worked closely with other professionals to perfect her skill at providing lash extensions. Erin’s goal is to help you achieve your beauty needs while making you feel as comfortable as possible. Erin and her husband are both natives to Colorado and don’t think they will ever leave. They have 3 amazing kids that keep up on our toes.
When Erin is not working you can find her chasing her kids outside or in the kitchen cooking up something with her daughter.
